What’s interesting is that many of the items are as relevant today as when the article was published in 2001 !
So while some of the examples are dated, the points remain valid !
This is unfortunate given the supposed advances in the understanding of Business Innovation, culture change, paradigm shifts, managing change, recognizing / creating Defining Moments, Digital Transformation, evolving Business Models, etc.
As such, it appears there is still much to learn ! And do ! …. to evolve the thinking and understanding of how to make innovation more rewarding – to meaningfully improve business outcomes.
