Situation
This company was growing from 6 employees to over 50 employees
in nine months. They not only had to get all of their new employees up and

CAIL Solution
CAIL was called in to handle all of their infrastructure
needs. CAIL network design included wiring, backbone, panels, switches,
firewall, desktops, servers, specialized and regular printers, connectivity and
phone solutions. CAIL unpacked all of the technology that was moved, and the
new technology that was received. CAIL also trained the employees on using the

CAIL was called in after the email server the company was
using stopped sending and receiving emails. The entire email system was down
for two days. The company has about 15 employees.
CAIL Solution
CAIL discovered that the original set-up for the mail server
was faulty. Two major problems had occurred. The first was that not enough disk
space was allocated for the email. Secondly, there was no notification software
in place to notify the users to delete their emails after a certain build up,
or a certain point in time. CAIL engineers quickly discovered the problem, but
in order to solve it, and upgrade the system, we had to take the server offline
for two days. A temporary fix could only be put into place originally, and then
a more permanent solution was needed, which became costly.
