How to increase performance and availability of applications and data through SANs, Server Clustering, Backup Solutions, Fault Tolerant Configurations, were discussed and demonstrated. The Technology Briefing held by CAIL and Citrix Systems Inc. was a great success. We would once again like to thank all the individuals who attended and were part of our interactive discussions on Thin Clients and Web enabling.


An improved browser based master installation program has been added to the CTT installation disk making it easier to select items and to provide an update mechanism and to convey personalized licensed software to individual customers.


We radically improved the display characteristics of the CTT5 product implemented our first generic web app using an on board mini database, and we starting shipping the first release code for CTT5.

CAIL once again attended Comdex Quebec. We exhibited the NeoStation and NetXpress thin client solutions with positive reviews from all the people who attended.


Our web-enabling paradigm has been expanded to support multiple CTT5 application servers fostering faster overall response to browser only based users.


Our traditional security has been brought forward to work with the new CTT5 product
Many Visual Basic scripting extensions have been added to enable background FTP tasks and introducing persistent local variables that can be used in user programs and which can be easily save into databases.
