For several years CAIL has invested in research to help solve nebulous
and ephemeral problems associated with dynamic and moving
targets. The adaptive algorithms we have tuned have proven to be
a perfect fit for predicting and isolating IT Performance problems.
Applying
our research to IT was intuitive as we became increasingly frustrated
with our own experiences of IT. The end-user experience of the IT
environment underpins the reason infrastructures are built. To
understand how well the IT environment works requires constant
gathering of volumes of data, simultaneously analyzing it and storing
the relevant remnants for post-analysis and improvement. Instead
of viewing the problems of Compliance, Configuration and Performance
from the traditional IT perspective, CAIL uses an abstract,
mathematical approach. The result is a series of Adaptive Algorithms,
running on tuned physical and logical equipment in the form of APF, the
Application Performance Factory.
Our software tools and
analysis engines are being considered for use in many applications and
are uniquely suited to the IT Performance Management problems they help
to solve. CAIL has sales,
development, and support centers in the USA and Canada. |
